Tory Neuenschwander

Victoria (Tory) Neuenschwander is a Senior Product Line Manager for Distributed Energy Resource Management Solutions at Itron. With more than 15 years of experience in the utility industry, she specializes in developing innovative software solutions that help utilities optimize grid operations, improve reliability, and accelerate the adoption of distributed energy resources. Her work has contributed to five U.S. patents in advanced analytics and operational technologies.<br /><br />Victoria contributes product strategy for Itron's demand response and distributed energy resource management solutions, including the evolution of IntelliSOURCE® Demand Response into the IntelliFLEX® platform, a comprehensive Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS). She was also a co-originator of IntelliFLEX, helping shape its vision as a scalable platform for managing electric vehicle charging, distributed energy resources, and flexible grid programs.<br /><br />Throughout her career, Victoria has led the development of innovative utility solutions spanning demand response, electric vehicle charging management, non-technical loss detection, distribution asset health monitoring using computer vision, and predictive vegetation management. Her focus is on delivering practical, data-driven solutions that help utilities improve operational efficiency and achieve their grid modernization objectives.<br /><br />Victoria holds a bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University and has completed graduate studies at Case Western Reserve University.
