Experience
From 1995 until his retirement in 2013, Frank Jaehnert held several roles with Brady Corporation (NYSE: "BRC"), a publicly traded manufacturer and marketer of complete solutions that identify and protect premises, products and people. These roles included President and Chief Executive Officer from 2003 to 2013, Senior Vice President and President of a business line from 2002 to 2003, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1996 to 2001. Prior to joining Brady Corporation, Mr. Jaehnert held various financial and management positions for Robert Bosch GmbH, a German multinational engineering and electronics company. Mr. Jaehnert serves on the board of directors of Nordson Corporation (NASDAQ: "NDSN"), which he joined in 2012. NDSN is a large publicly traded manufacturing company. Mr. Jaehnert also serves on the NDSN executive committee and as the chair of the NDSN audit committee.
Mr. Jaehnert has extensive, broad-based international business and executive management and leadership experience. Mr. Jaehnert is National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship CertifiedTM, which is a recognition earned by NACD members and reflects their commitment to continuing education on emerging board issues and to helping to elevate the profession of directorship. Mr. Jaehnert's diverse background, his experience with geographic expansion and acquisitions, as well as his experience serving on other public company boards bring valuable perspectives to the Board.
