Smart Meter Operations Specialist
Andrew McDonald is a Smart Meter Operations Specialist with Duquesne Light Company. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg, Andrew began his utility industry career with Itron in 2016 as a Technical Consultant supporting Duquesne Light's advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) deployment. In 2019, he joined Duquesne Light's Smart Meter Operations Center (SMOC), where he continues to play a key role in supporting and optimizing smart metering operations, bringing valuable experience from both the vendor and utility perspectives.
