Known for her big-picture thinking and strategic insight, Andrea specializes in providing forward-looking business advice grounded in advanced research and behavioral science.<br /><br />Prior to joining Util-Assist, Andrea held senior leadership roles across the energy and consulting sectors, including Grid Modernization Leader at Capgemini, Director of Customer Strategy & Experience at Hydro One, and Vice President at Innovative Research Group. Through these roles, she has led transformative initiatives related to grid modernization, customer engagement, and data-driven strategy.<br /><br />Andrea holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science from the University of British Columbia with a focus on behavior and attitude formation."
